Advanced Placement courses are offered in 25 areas. Freehold Township High School introduces and reinforces common learning, while also providing access to exploratory, enrichment, and specialized courses of study in accordance with state standards and graduation requirements. Freehold Township is also home to the Global Studies Magnet Program, the Animal and Botanical Sciences Magnet Program, and the Patriot Employment Program (PEP) which is an employment orientation program for developmentally disabled students. We are proud to be one of 16 high schools in New Jersey to be recognized as an International Baccalaureate World School. Township houses programs unique to the Freehold Regional High School District. The educational program at Freehold Township High School encompasses more than 180 courses, organized in thirteen different academic disciplines. School enrollment is approximated at 2,044 for the year. Situated on 110 acres in western Monmouth County, the comprehensive academic program provides educational opportunities for all in accordance with individual needs, interests, and abilities. Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the New Jersey Department of Education, the Patriot school community was created in 1972. Free hold Township High School is one of six schools in the Freehold Regional High School District.
